🔹All registrations are non-refundable.

🔹All registrations which require deposit, deposit are non-refundable and non-transferable (Such as Roadtrip, 2D1N Trip etc)

🔹Intermediate-Hard : If you wish to transfer your slot to another Women Explore Hiking session, kindly confirm at least 35 days before the registered event date (subject to availability and changes, especially it involves permit and MGP).

🔹Intermediate-Hard : Cancellations due to any reasons made 30 days before the event will be considered a no-show and are non-transferable.

🔹Once we’ve processed your permit, your spot is confirmed and cannot be transferred

🔹Your safety comes first. All plans may be adjusted based on weather, safety considerations, and unforeseen circumstances

🔹 Membership pass 2026 is non-refundable and non-transferable to another person

🔹 Membership pass 2026 does not include roadtrips or trips that require flights
